PCV Valve Mazda 3 2.3L

Hi Guys,

I see a lot of people talking about PCV Valve ... I Have 11000Km on My 2004 Mazda 3 ... I wonder if its time to check it or replace it ? Any Ideas where it is located ? How much it may cost ?

mounted to the radiator side of the block. it will come up from the oil seperator. Mazda list price is US$11.67
