Parts Master Power Steering Fluid

I found some Parts Master PSF for $2/qt at a local auto parts store. The MSDS says it's made by Valvoline, so I'd assume it's similar if not identical to the typical conventional Valvoline Power Steering Fluid. The back of the PM bottle does not list any specifications other than "meets service requirements of most manufacturers". Valvoline Power Steering Fluid is $6/qt at AAP, so this stuff is significantly cheaper. I'm assuming most power steering fluid is almost identical, other than Honda's of course, and this stuff is fine to use in any system that spec's PSF?

Probably the same formulation of their Pyroil stuff...
