Thanks for everyone's help so far. I've confirmed it's not the alternator.

I went ahead an ordered a thermal imaging camera. My plan is to use this to try to find what's causing the draw..

Thanks for the update. Very curious to see what you find. It could be a bad connection or a failing ECM of some sort.

With as many components that are on that ECM circuit, you need to look at the wiring diagrams and see if you can break the circuit down into more manageable pieces. See what connectors you can disconnect to try and narrow things down.
