Pacifica door problem

My 2020 Chrysler Pacifica is having an issue with the sliding door. It is having difficulty opening and closing. When working it is not smooth moving either. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Dirt on the guides, rollers and track. Clean and lubricate.

Check out Chrysler minivans.net. I bet someone there has dealt with sliding-door problems.

Rollers are pretty common replacement items on these. Would try a good lube first. Not wd40
