Outlook Express

I have a .dbx format Outlook Express (OE) file. However OE does not open it. How to open .dbx file?

Any help you anyone can provide would be great.

Do you have an operating system, like Windows XP, that has Outlook Express installed? Is so, and you still can't open the file, I'm guessing it may be corrupted.
