Quick update. The ac guy some over and inspect .He say my unit that on top of my attic need to be replace. I Hope the home warranty pay for it.

Update: the company that repair my unit want an extra $2000 for upgrade or mod some pipe.
My home warranty does pay for the whole new unit.
I have feeling the company that repair my unit want much moneys they can get, so I told them no. I'm doing a cash out. I find a good Ac/heat company to take care this job.
Waiting on my home warranty to see how much they can give me.

Wondering now if the air handler was truly beyond repair or something like a control board or simple like a power transformer.
So whats the actual diagnosis? I'm guessing leaking evaporator coil in the air handler.

After talking some expert, they told me 2000 is cheap. Go ahead and go through the home warranty.
