Getting charged with a felony that you are innocent of is a scary thing. I can attest to that.......When it involves Murder, rape and especially child molestation/rape etc ramp it up a few notches. This will put the fear of Gxd in you.
I was thankful the judge had a family member who was falsely accused like myself. I believe that is one of the reason the charges against me were thrown out. If I had another judge it could have gone the other way.
After this I don't so easily assume that someone accused is guilty.........
