Otay, otay, 100k! What services should I do?

My 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT is now in the 100k club. Not exactly uncharted waters for the 3800 and I guess 200k is not that rare for this power plant. Anyway, I would like to see her hit 200k and would like to know what I can do now, service wise, to give her the best odds.
Here is the work done to date.
Oci – 5k w/ Havoline 10w30 and a Napa Gold filter
Current MPG 25 (70/30 Hwy/City)
Transmission service – Dropped pan changed filter – 30,000
New Tires – 5/02/04 35,000 miles
Transmission service – Dropped pan changed filter –60,000
PCV – 12/24/05 61,133
Radiator Flush (Green) – 5/5/06 70,000
Front Brakes (ceramic) and Rotors – 5/5/06 70,000
Transmission service – Dropped pan changed filter – 90,000
Tires – 90,000 miles 5/1/07
Driver side Tie rod – 90,000 5/1/07
Pass side hub assembly – 93,000 5/1/07
Spark Plugs and Wires – 95,000 5/30/07
Fuel Filter – 95,000 5/30/07
Catalytic Converter – 95,000 5/30/07
Serpentine Belt – 95,000 5/30/07
Brake Fluid Flush – 95,000 5/30/07
Only nagging issues that I’m aware of is a groaning, hard to describe sound, when the wheel is cut under acceleration and a heavy hum like sound coming from the front end. Other than that everything is running fine.

Did you inspect the Throtle Body to see how dirty it is and clean out any oily grime ?

Looks like you're already up-to-date on all of the maintenance. Just keep doing what you're doing and it should last past 200k. I have 2 vehicles in the 100k mile club and the only things I've done to them (besides the occasional unexpected repair, and wear items like tires and brakes) is regular fluid (all fluids), filters and spark plug changes.

The groaning issue sounds like a CV joint ready to break. Check for torn boots. If you find one, you've found your problem.

If it is any comfort...my friend has 165k miles on his 01 Grand Prix GT and doesn't do jack [censored] to it except oil changes and putting in gas.

He does drive like an old grandma though.

As a matter of fact, I just did that very thing this past Tuesday. Wasn't very dirty, I have cleaned it several times before.

Does said wheel bear hibernate in the hub assembly?
