Ordering Amsoil and shipping costs

Ok, so I'm thinking about getting some Amsoil for my 94 Safari. Yes, the 450 dollar van. The way I figure, I get Amsoil and I'll probably never have to change the oil again, seeing as how I tend to keep vehicles only a few months based on previous experience. I was thinking of going with ASL and an EAO oil filter. I emailed Mr Stefanik to ask him what prices were, he told me how much a 3.78 liter jug of ASL with a preferred customer account would be*. Wow, not much more than a jug of Maxlife. My question is, how are shipping costs determined when ordering from Amsoil? Are they charged to your credit card after checkout? How much would shipping cost be to postal code E2S 1H7 for a 3.78 liter jug and an EAO filter?

Why not ask Don? (Because I looked at "NB" and it seemed REALLY expensive even in Canuckian Pesetas) In the US it would be about $7-8 anywhere in the USA other than Alaska and Hawaii.

The costs in the USA are a negotiated freight weight with UPS from one the many Amsoil warehouses , so it's strictly by weight. Yes it is calculated on check out and you can see it.
