Ordering from rock auto, here are some brand names that are available:

Spectra-Premium, Vista Pro, TYC, Delphi, Pro Part...

Not familiar with the brands so I was just curious if anyone had any experience with them. Pricing isnt a concern, they are all priced rather similarly.

Put a Spectra Premium from Rock Auto in my daughter's 99 Infiniti almost three years ago after she had an accident. Also, put a Koyo (bought on eBay) in the ex-wife's 99 Oasis about five years ago. Both are just fine. The life span of a radiator (OEM) doesn't seem to be much longer than 10-15 years, anyway.

In the old days,a Modine was the way to go.Dont hear much of Modine anymore.Dont even know if they are still in business thanks to the Chinese and Taiwanese.

Hi, I went the e bay route this May for a volvo, new, from Chinaa! 100.00 delivered, miserable to install Not related to radiator source, then this Nov the trans cooler failed inside, got antifreeze in trans, got stuck, flushed 30 qt dexron thru trans, bought dealer rad, at $270, all in all cost me 700 in parts due to the cheap radiator deal! Be ware!

Right, beware that ebay is often used to unload merchandise that wouldn't cut it through the regular channels.

But the OP's question is about radiator brands that Rock A sells.

Check your local auto parts store pricing since it seems to be the same as mail order and if fitament is a problem (it often is) then you can easily return it.
