I'm probably buying an SRM-210 (or maybe 230?) come springtime. They have small engines (21cc) compared to other trimmers on the market. Is there really any deficit in power? Is 21ccs of displacement enough for being a dedicated homeowner trimmer? I'm gonna treat this thing like royalty, so its not going to be in the severe usage category.
Will I notice a step DOWN, because I am going from a 31cc ryobi? Granted, my ryobi isn't the most refined (or well put together) trimmer in the world. I'm hoping that even though the Echo engine is smaller, it will be more 'rev happy' and smoother than the ryobi, making up for the difference.
