The British and other European countries used to blow people from guns.

The sentenced person would be tied with the small of their back against the barrel of a cannon, legs tied to stakes on the ground, arms one on each side of the gun. The larger the cannon the better of course, and I suspect the affect from a 24 pounder or larger would be well...

After the person was tied up, the cannon which was loaded before hand would be fired. The result would be...the head popping up 30-40 feet and coming straight down and not much left in between the limbs...

The British didn't control a quarter of the world by accident, they were quite found of this method for colonial soldiers and rebels who proved disloyal to the crown. Some of the Muslims borrowed it from the British and used it up until the 1930's...

One thing that we all should have learned over the years is that while these people can't be defended, TPTB will send messages of atrocities through the media to maintain the rage...remember the babies in the humidicribs...

One think that sticks in my craw is that it's going to be hard to get 120 dogs who are that hungry together. Dogs aren't people. A regular guy would be ready to kill and eat a dog at least a day (probably longer) before he'd do that to a member of his own species who isn't blocking the %$&@%$ left lane for no good reason.

Domestic dogs are different. A domestic dog who's been fed his whole life by humans is going to have a level of respect for humans at least close to the level of respect he has for other dogs, maybe even higher. To assemble a group of 120 dogs hungry enough to attack and kill humans without first using each other to satisfy their hunger has got to be a logistical nightmare.

My other thought is like the other person said, NK is that
"boogieman" that the US can pull out of the closet when it wants to get the Merican people hyped for war. Notice how the elite in our country constantly pull this card periodically, to keep the kettle boiling, just like they did with the ME.

After all have to keep that insanely profitable
Military Industrial Complex going.
 
Take one look at the North Korean people...you can tell something just not right. Amazing this regime can stay in power this long. Eventually a sociopath just like Kim will come up through the ranks and take him out. Its a matter of time.

So I expect the next report will be that the "Dear Leader" and his loyal lackies, ate the dogs that ate his Uncle.
 
I can't help but laugh at the irony of a country that eats dogs, using dogs as a tool for execution. That being said, I have doubts about it happening.
