Old tires like new what would you do?

I agree with CapriRacer on this one.

The type of tire, and the specific stresses it may face, is also a big factor for me. I've tossed similar age and caliber 40-series Michelins, with more tread than these B-Stones, for this reason.

Even if they're not yet unsafe, they are not going to be very supple or grip the same at this point.
 
Are you actually coming close to the load limit of the tire? or the speed rating? If not, I would run them for now atleast. I've run many tires of this age and if you slide the car around a bit, the tread will start to chunk off long before any cracking begins. Also wet traction will suffer too. I see no chunking and if the wet traction is good, I don't see a need to replace them.

I see nothing wrong with those tires to warrant replacing them.
