My truck leaked a fair amount of oil in the driveway before I was able to change the gaskets. Whats a good cleaner/degreaser I can scrub with and then hit with the pressure washer?

Before you use any chemicals, sprinkle kitty litter mix they sell for litter boxes and rub it in with your foot so it absorbs oil, let it sit overnight, sweep off. You can repeat it a couple of times and the spots on cement will be very faint. Then use whatever soap or degreaser.
We always used Tide powder to scrub the service bays with stiff floor brush. Cleaned great, smelled good and above all was not slick as it was drying.
Get a squirt bottle (adjustable needle to mist pattern, $1 at Walmart) and fill it with Purple Power.
Boil water and dribble it onto the stain to heat it up. Don't dump the water as the heat runs off wastefully.
Squirt on the Purple Power
Rinse with more boiling water. You'll see the brown rinse.
Repeat...as necessary.
You will shrink the stain.
NOTE: Doing this during a rainy day is better as the wet surface will shed the rinse water won't stain (the paving is already full of water).

I have had good results with both Mean Green and Mr Clean diluted to about 1/3 strength in a pump sprayer. Spray the area wet every couple days for a week and after a good rain it will be noticeably better. Two or three cycles of spray and rain and it will hardly have anything left. Still looking for something that will clean garage floors.

I've had good luck with liquid laundry detergent left to soak overnight on the stained area, agitate with wire brush or broom, pressure wash to finish.
I have used ashes for a while now to soak up oil. They are free based on my grilling. Once I have soaked up the oil I then use straight dawn dish soap on the stain, scrubbed in with a brush or broom. I let it sit for a long time, like all day, then I power wash it off. If anything is left behind I will rinse and repeat or use brake cleaner to finish it off.

Like the man said . Kitty Litter or Oil Dri . Grind it into the stain until it's a powder . Let it sit a while and then sweep it up . Most of the oil will be removed . Treat with whatever method you choose after that .
That's like using fuller's earth to get a stain out of a man's tie.
However, with concrete (whatever) the material itself is drawing the stain in as the cat litter is trying to go the other way. You will need the penetrability of a water based solvent.
