Little Background
Oil changes have been 6 months since I have owned the Caravan with Synthetic. I am now at 150 hours in 3800 miles since November. I can wait until November but hours will be around 300. I was thinking of changing at 200 hours but manual states no more than 350 hours. Vehicle has an oil life monitor but I have never seen it as I reset yearly. Change at 200 hours or wait?

I would wait until 5000 miles or November. Use the OLM from then on.

You could leave it until November. Just make sure the oil level is full.

OK a little update. I let oil life monitor do its thing. Hasn't been reset since November 2020 now it came on at 8k and 325 hours. Not going to follow that and now I will just do 200 hour oil changes or once a year.
