OEM Oil blenders?

We know Exxon/Mobil bottles OEM oil for Toyota and GM and maybe many more, but is there a difference in the oil blend from car make to make?
Will a bottle of genuine toyota oil be the same as mobil 5000?

I WOULD SUSPECT NOT, as each has their own contracts and numbers to meet. There may be some that come in and just buy a bulk, and others may want certain specs met. It really is up to the buyer or the oem, as they have their oils custom made for their specs.

I'm not saying they have it custom designed, but theres no reason why they cant. With enough money, anyone of us could, and we would not even need to know anything about oil, just a big bankroll

Depends on OEM, Some want a base GF4 oil (or with their usual aftermarket oil approvals too), perhaps with a Certificate of Analyis per batch/load. This is often low margin business generally and not all suppliers are willing to bid on it low enough to get the contracts...depending on their supply economics and strategies.

A few OEMs (I know of one) require their "own brew"; though memory says it is not radically different from "normal" PCMO.
