For some reason I thought China and others had more energy coming from nuclear.
"Nuclear energy contributes significantly to the total energy generation in various countries, with some nations relying heavily on it, while others use it as a smaller fraction of their energy mix. France leads with 65% of its energy coming from nuclear power, followed closely by Slovakia at 63%. Ukraine also has a substantial share, with nuclear energy accounting for 50% of its total energy generation. Hungary, another European nation, derives 45% of its energy from nuclear sources.
In North America, the United States generates 18% of its energy from nuclear power, while both the United Kingdom and Canada each rely on it for 14% of their total energy needs. China, despite its rapid industrial growth and increasing energy demands, derives only 5% of its total energy from nuclear sources. South Africa, the only African country listed, has 4% of its energy mix coming from nuclear power.
India, with its vast energy needs and diverse sources of electricity generation, produces 3% of its energy from nuclear power. Brazil has an even lower share, with only 2% of its energy generation coming from nuclear sources.
These statistics reflect the varying levels of nuclear power adoption across different regions, influenced by factors such as government policies, energy needs, and availability of other resources."
