NPN and Pentius air filters?

I normally buy Fram Air and Cabin filters at my local Walmart near the end of the eyar. I tend to replace those filters once a year. Going online, I’ve noticed prices for some other brands (That I have never heard of and haven’t seen any bad reviews about goggling the name) that are a bit cheaper than Fram. BTW, don’t try directing me to K&N filters. I’m a standard filter man. Does anyone know anything about “NPN” and “PENTIUS” brands for air filters???

I have not heard about Pentius but I have used NPN air and oil filters. Mostly made in Malaysia according to Japanese standards by a company owned by the Japanese. They warranty their products for 1 year/12000 miles. http://www.npnparts.com/air_filters.html Their prices are lower than most made in China Fram air filters.
