@Glenda W. - what's the difference between Carquest EP and Premum? That seems to be an update recently? I don't remember the EP last I looked into filters.
The new EP is nylon mesh backed and rated for 20k miles. Slightly less efficient at 99.5%@25 microns. Claimed high flow full synthetic media. I have one on deck for my Jeep!

Im just a bit Leary about using a 20u that might be too restrictive and my trucks dual stage oil pump making it go into bypass. maybe thats not an issue and im just overthinking it

As some of you know I’ve added a Jeep Wrangler to my fleet with the Pentastar 3.6L V6. Here is a look at a Carquest Premium. 10,000 mile/99.5%@20 micron rating. Quality looks great which is typical for PGI made filters. Enjoy!
