Well, I noticed something in the past 3k miles of driving I didnt notice before. While driving at any speeds I hear a whirring/whining noise seems to be from left front of vehicle. I am guessing wheel bearing. Tires are new goodyears all the way around. Front brakes were done 2 months ago. I did both front wheel bearings bout 2 yrs ago, right front I used a honda genuine bearing. Left front was a autozone or TIMKEN bearing.
I cant really describe the whirring/ or whatever sound but if you heard it you would probably be a better judge than i am at diagnosing it.

thank you all in advance also.

Could be tires wearing unevenly.
Could be a bearing.
Could be a brake caliper not doing it's thing to retract the brake pad.

Could be something under the hood right there making noise.
Maybe a bearing going on a belt?
Perhaps a opossum, or a squirrel that decided that it was a nice place to take a nap.

Don't know.

What make and model?

03 Civic LX 4dr with the 1.7l engine. Two years ago I replaced both front wheel bearings, used genuine honda bearing and had to get a timken from AZ. Did both front struts and mounts also 1 month ago. Did front brakes not too long ago. Tires are new Bridgestone, not Goodyear. I did timing belt, tensioner, spark plugs, water pump, crank seal, and the 100k maintenance.

Get the drive wheels off the ground and spin them one at a time with the engine (using adequate safegards). If the noise is still there its the bearings if its gone its the tires.

I think it is the left front wheel bearing. Mech tech 2 I did the front brakes and put new tires on the car. The new tires went on new 14" steel wheels also, not the aftermarket aluminum wheels. Yes the tires are balanced also.

I agree with this.

New tires can result in a new road noise. They can also be quieter than old tires which were masking a noise. The Civic is also just kind of a loud car with regard to front wind and road noise.

Check the bearings by listening for more or less noise when you turn left and right at speed. When I had a bad rear bearing on my Civic it was very hard to tell by hand but driving left and right made the diagnosis obvious. Use different roads and pavement types when you perform your checks.
