seriously, this is a cool project, but it ISN'T a lamborghini; it's a well built kit car. it's closer to a pantera than a lambo.

He did a really nice job on that car. And I will be the first to say, nothing wrong with FRAM oil filters.

Did an excellent job on the car, but I still have a problem with the whole idea of building the car in the basement, and then partially demolishing the house to get it out.
For the amount of money he spent excavating, tearing out the wall, and then patching it up again, he could have just built a garage if he didn't have one. Seems silly to me.
Of course, I guess he did it just to be able to say, 'I built this in my basement'.

not to take anything away from the guys skills, it's still a home built car; it's not a lambo; he would need to register it as a home built car (or whatever his state decides to classify it as)to get a VIN.

That car would probably blow the doors off a real Lamborghini Countach.

Sure must sound funny with American muscle power. Looks good with the Webers but I would have opted for the FI setup they have run by a F.A.S.T. unit. Had to be cheaper than a Lambo engine.
Exotic Italian good looks with the ease of going to Napa anywhere in the country for motor parts.
What engine is it? Nice car I must say.

This one isn't in a basement, it's an Aussie trying to make a 6 litre V-8 4bywheeler out of an F250 and a Nissan NAvara.
Heaps of impressive fabrication work, but he'd have been as well served to machine it out of billet.
