NGK Iridium plugs?? Good or bad?

I had a Bosch spark plug's ceramic element explode in the cylinder of my old 2000 Jetta 2.0. Took it to a local German auto guy for repair and he said he had seen that a couple times, so he switched to NGK exclusively. Not to write off an entire brand, but I am hesitant to use Bosch again. Will be Denso or NGKs from here on out.

NGK Iridium, The long life ones are the best. The Denso Iridiums have been known to fail in turbo applications. Just google it.

I have NGK Iridium IXs on my Civic. No complaints but honestly no difference between those and cheap NGK G-Powers but on this little engine, I wouldn't expect anything other than longer service life.

I picked them up online at a cheaper price than almost all other spark plugs (pricing error).
