Coming up on 75k miles on the Mazda, and with a road trip coming up I figured it best to get the stock plugs replaced. For having 74,408 miles on them, I think they look great, and probably could’ve gone longer without issues.

NGK and Denso both make great spark plugs :)

At least Mazda used Denso for all 4 :D
(Honda and Toyota are known to have installed 2 Denso and 2 NGK in the same engine from the factory in many of their cars)

What does Mazda say to change them at? Iridium is usually good for 100k or more

Our '06 TSX with the mighty K24 has 2 NGKs and 2 Densos. Kinda blew my mind when I originally replaced them at about 85K.
Maybe that's the secret?
I bought a brand new 1992 Toyota truck with the 3.0 cyl. engine and when I did the first Spark plug change one bank had NGK the other had Denso. Didn't make any difference.
