Next New Oil You Will Try ?

2019 Ram Hemi. Will be my fall oil change. Wisconsin winter. Help me decide. Cant find the hths value for a few of these so if you have em….

PP Euro xl 0w30
Mobil 1 esp 0w30 (hesitant)
Mobil 1 esp 0w20
Mobil 1 afe 0w30

Currently has Mobil 1 FS 0w40. Looking for something that will flow the best on my negative temp mornings and also have highest hths

If Laverne & Shirley could leave there apartment and walk to Shotz Beer then any of the oils you mentioned should be fine.

Right now I'm using up 2 partial jugs I had that exactly 3 quarts each, so that's the newest new oil I've never used. 3 quarts of that Platinum however many p's it has on the label, and 3 quarts of Valvoline. The Valvoline was a few years old, and I don't think oil expires (/s), but I did want to use it up.

After this, back to the boring old Pennzoil with however many P's I can find on the bottle. Maybe I'll try the Euro if they have it in my stash. I saw some the other day in my stash - which is on aisle 19 at Wallus Martus.

I used to hunt down clearance oils...... that's how I had some Valvoline left ;)
But since I now only maintain 1 vehicle rather than 4, I don't mind just going and buying what I need when I need it. Now if I just happen to see clearance oil, which I really don't since I don't chase it, I would buy all they had.....

They all, including the one you are currently using, have the same Winter grade. What are you worried about? I'd just use what you are using.

I tried out the Shell Rotella T6 5w40. No complaints but the cost was more per quart.

I eventually went back to using 10w40 Mobil1. The next oil I plan on trying is M1's 5w40 European Formula for the cooler months.

Just added a new truck to my electrical service truck fleet doing the first change at 4k

2023 silverado 2.7

Mobil 1 Truck and SUV 5W30
or
AC delco full syn 5w30 ( Phillips)

My only let down is I can't find it bag in box or bulk by 5 gallons I really prefer bulk so there are no bottles to dump

Dont understand why none of the certifications have been updated
What are you looking for specifically, will this help?

Thank you for that. Just waiting to for the newer stuff to hit the shelves
I mentioned it because I just did an oil change recently with one of the cars and the 5 quarts jug is on sale at O’Reily’s, if they are in your area that is.
