The CTS's interior already looks tacky and dated compared to the newer cars in its segment.

I guess that's a matter of opinion. I think it has a nice interior. Of course there's a lot more to a car than its interior.

Heavily modded Supra MKIVs are the only Toyota you would EVER have to worry about.

I second the CTS-V in any body style!

Really? I disagree but it is only opinion. The CTS was very much praised for it's interior style and quality when introduced in 2008. That is one reason I chose to get one. Even today it looks fresh, elegant and of quality....better than most of the competition still. I surely cannot say it is tacky and dated.

I sat in the CTS-V (sedan and coupe) at the auto show. Not bad for a GM but still didn't like it. Gauges are really tiny and hard to read, shiny plastic is a massive fingerprint magnet, and the buttons still feel cheap. Steering wheel and seats were good but that was about it.

The Lexus had better interior quality. The Germans are better still.

Yes, they had several out on the floor. It felt like a mini-5 series. Just felt like an evolutionary change, nothing radical.

Did you take a look at an M5?
