I'd like to "reason" with him in a dark parking lot some day when his paid stooges aren't around.

Very few on that list who actually report the real news. Too many willing to sell themselves for a price. I like a newscaster with personal integrity, but there aren't very many left...
 
They all deserve the salary they get. They fill the purpose of being decent looking enough and great at there jobs to fill television air time.

No different than a television actor or athlete that do the exact same purpose, fill the the pixels of your TV to make you want to watch it and pay advertisers.

Why idiot comments come out about political affiliation come out does not make much sense here. Maybe another avenue to talk politics in a thread without "getting caught"?

Because people have to argue and get upset over SOMETHING.
 
Blind loyalty costs a lot of money these days. When you want someone to say what you tell them to say, no matter what, it'll cost ya!

Besides, no one is going to risk losing that kind of cake to "do what's right" so that pretty much takes care of any moral surprises.
