Just so ya know Chrysler is specing 5W-20 for the liberty 3.7 these days. I think there is more to it than just fuel economy reasons. Apparently there are some small oil passages with flow issues.

I knew the 07's were spec'd at 5w20, but I had not heard of flow issues. I will check into it : thanks for the post/heads up.

I read about the small oil passages cloging on one of the Jeep Liberty forums. Who knows if its true or not?
