I have been useing SK Tools starting in the seventies with all the different owners and they have always been great tools and a good value and the new guy's at Ideal are really on the right track.

I contacted SK and they were very fast and friendly in response. Of course sending out a replacement is no issue. No questions asked, but it sent a pic of the mix-sized socket anyway just as an FYI to their qa folks.
