new quaker state syn oil formula

Is the new quaker state synthetic, full synthetic the same formula as q horsepower or is all new? Thanks

Still says Horsepower on the bottles, but they mostly market it as Ulitmate Durability.

Its a good oil for the money.

I like QS oils but their marketing is silly. They seem to change marketing strategies monthly.
