New life for my FM tuner

My Adcom GFT 555 tuner has been sitting dormant since I set up my old equipment. FM listening seems to be dying with the advent of streaming but still valid if one can find any decent stations. Usually college. Sound is still below par. Somewhat muddy.
Well I improved it drastically by putting the analog output into my WiiM pro plus and using AI to create a parametric equalization program. Much better but still not as good as streaming.

That's cool! I always liked Adcom stuff and radio in general. Had high hopes for HD radio too. Mostly because the local radio programs were excellent. I even made friends with the guys from 'the buzz' and went dirt bike riding with them. Had a blast.

I have an Adcom 100WPC amp. Still works.

I wonder if anyone listens to FM for serious listening? Used to have many classical, jazz and rock stations and the quality seemed better. Might just be a nostalgic view though. I can find no interesting stations although there is one college station and NPR. Mostly commercials. I remember when AM radio had all the commercials and FM was all music. (Insert picture of old man shouting at clouds lol)
