Click here for the Auto-RX instructions.

Looking at your basic application procedure with an engine over 100,000 miles.

Now, looking at "Second Application" under step 1, I think the first step should be to change your oil filter like as written in the "First Application" instructions. Cause you will have between 2,000 and 3,000 miles on the oil filter. Then it asks you to add 12 ounces of auto-rx. So you will have to loose some oil for the auto-rx so you don't have too much oil in there. So this would be accomplished by changing the oil filter. Plus it is asking you to drive 1,000 miles.

So what if you are done with the first application and then drive 3,000 miles, then follow the "Second Application" procedures for engines with over 100,000 miles and add 12 ounces of auto-rx and drive another 1,000 miles? That would mean you would put 4,000 miles on that same oil filter.

So, in conclusion, I think that first step in the second application should be to replace the oil filter as written in the first application procedures.

Maybe putting a clean filter on is just wise, but I don't think 12 oz over will hurt any cars out there, in fact for many cars 12 oz over is a good thing. Plus, Auto-Rx is pretty much soluble in oil so it's not a straight 12 oz over......

That's what it is meant to say.
I just emailed Frank, because I'm at that stage.

"Your e-mail is it saying you completed rinse cycle (2000 miles ) if so change out this oil and filter pay close attention of what comes out of your engine.
Repeat Auto-Rx cleaning program when done you have completed application instructions for engines over 100,000 miles. Would consider using 3 ounces of Auto-Rx with every oil change from now on as it will keep performance gains at the max and protect seals also.
Frank"

Perhaps your overlooking something on the Auto-Rx order page also. We can't find any problem with software.

No, there's nothing to overlook on the order page. I click all the right buttons, but the final page won't open. I'll probably take some pics of the screen to show you what is going on.
