New Dryer- Gas vs. Electric

There are some holes in your calculations

A propane dryer is hundreds $$$ more and it's at a low use secondary house.
Usually about +100$ for gas model and the additional propane conversion cost.

propane dryer uses 600-800w of power + propane

Propane delivery fee.
Correct, dryer is $100 more plus $185 to convert to propane. No delivery since the development is in a propane farm.

Versus, $300 minimum to add a 220V dryer outlet.

Gas dryers cheaper to operate than electric, electric dryers have 5000w heating element and motor. Electric oven heating element is 1800-2200w. Gas dryer only has electric motor. Gas dryer will dry clothes quicker than electric. I have purchased the LP conversion kit and installed myself.

natural gas dryers will also be about 8x cheaper than propane.
FWIW its not very important to me personally as I dry less than half my clothes.. and with the new SQ Front loader
it took 35min on low heat to dry my last load which had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a couple old tee shirts I do work around the house in... and a bunch of socks and underwear.

Wife had a gas dryer house fire(severe) when she was a teen.. so it might be a hard sell to get one even if it would save me money.. probably 5-10$ a month.
It would be nice to use more than 0 gas for 7 months out of the year when I have to pay the $46 connect fee either way.
