For about the same price as Sentra you can get Trax. No CVT, although it's annoying it has a timing belt, but I'll take planned maintenance over unplanned maintenance of a CVT going boom haha.
The Civic didn’t work out. They wanted $1600 for a dealer processing fee and $950 for some VIN etching thing I didn’t want. They went to $350 on the etching, not zero, and wouldn’t budge on processing. Too bad.
Hopefully the aftermarket will address? I mean there's "doors" you can put in the inner fenders of Duramax models so you don't have to pull the whole fender liner for fuel filter.
Is the Sentra priced well for this age/miles/segment?
I paid $19500+TTL for my 2021 Chevy Equinox LT AWD w/ 32K miles on it last year. It was a lease return with good service records.
I've got nothing against the Sentra, or Nissan in general and have owned 5 or so Nissans over the past ~30yrs. I've owned 1993 and 2000 model year Sentras. Both great cars.
I would message @macarose for his services and see what he can offer.
Maybe, but I wouldn't hold my breath. The remove it all shield design been around since ~2020 afaik, no aftermarket solution yet. I'm thinking the issue "maybe" the size and shape of the shield. "From what I can tell" significantly larger than the Escape aftermarket shield which has been mentioned.
