No details on what specific test parameters are changing and why. More detail needed on why the need for different standards, low viscosity oils vs higher viscosity oils.

Well I have a good idea what test the lower viscosity oils will not have in their standard, so it does not show asan exclusion.
Meanwhile I am in 0w40 for everything mode.
