I recently picked up a neglected/abandoned Warn X8000i, and I am in the process of rehabilitating it to be used on a Jeep and with my equipment trailer.

It had spent most of its life uncovered on the front of a car trailer, and was recently stuck in a utility building and forgotten. When I picked it up, it wouldn't go into free spool, so the first order of business was pulling the gear housing and going through the planetary gear assembly.
Here are a few pics of what I found:

The original grease had become contaminated with water, and there was some rust on the assembly. Also, the original grease had broken down and hardened, so the point that it could no longer be considered "grease".
I disassembled the gears as much as possible, and cleaned them with a copious amount of degreaser and brake cleaner. I did find some pitting, but I don't think it will be an issue. Here are the parts after cleaning:

Here's my question. I've been in contact with Warn Tech Support, and the gear assemblies call for a Moly Lube 1 grease, which I'm assuming is an NLGI 1 class grease. The actual brand/trade name that Warn recommends is Aeroshell 17 (ASG17), which is a Shell product. Problem is, no one locally carries the stuff, and I am having a difficult time locating any online.
Any suggestions on an equivalent or similar product that will be satisfactory to use in the winch? I have standard bearing grease, some Pennzoil "red" grease, and picked up a 16oz tub of Lubrimatic #11336 Moly EP Grease. Its an NLGI 1 1/2, but I am not sure if its the correct product for my needs.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
