I would not. I would use a 5w30 or a 10w30 and probably a good synthetic.

The VQ35de engines are already pretty stressed from the factory, and the internals are not that heavy duty, so anything more than 330 hp and you are pressing your luck. The first mod people do the VQ engines is put in forged rods and pistons, then they put in cams and port the heads. If you want the engine to last beyond 80k miles and not burn a lot of oil, get rid of the NOS.
