So I'm thinking of ordering some filters from fleet filters...I know they carry only napa/wix filters...are they any good in regards to AIR/CABIN filters? I know they make quality oil filters that last a long time....but how about air filters?

The part #'s are 46673 & 24883...this is for a 05 toyota camry I4...

oh yeah another question...is it okay to buy in bulk? I'm not sure if air/cabin filters have a shelf life? I'm thinking of buying in bulk so I can save time by having it readily available on my next maintenance schedule...but the thing is, I don't know if there is a certain time that these filters must be used...will they become less effective overtime?

oh yeah sorry I forgot to ask one more thing...anybody know a discount code that I can use during the check out? I'm interested in saving a few bucks or receive free shipping!

They make great air filters. I currently use one on my Integra and it kept the silicon nice and low

Great price from fleetfilter as well. Use them with confidence.

I'm using NAPA (Wix) filters in my '04 Silverado, and in my folks' '00 Sierra and '99 Park Avenue as well. All three filters... air, oil, and cabin (cabin filters in the PA and Sierra only).

I can always trust that they are going to be top quality filters, every time. Plus, the price is competitive as well. The NAPA/Wix air filter for my Silverado was only 80 cents more than a Fram at another retailer, and was about $12 LESS than an AC Delco.

That makes it an even easier decision to make right there.

My mechanic uses the NAPA "ProSelect" oil filters in his shop. Sure, it's the low end NAPA filter, but I feel that it is every bit as good as an AC Delco or Motorcraft oil filter.

Just read your post.

I ordered some air/oil/fuel filters from them also

The WIX NAPA Gold air filter replaced the original ACDelco High Capacity filter on an '00 Silverado 5.3.

Perfect fit and great looking construction.

Oil filters look great also.

I also like the fact it is a "mom and pop store".

Wix air and oil filters are the only filters I use on my wife's neon and my caliber. When the cabin air filter arrives in the stores I will be using it in the caliber.

They're good filters. I've used both of them on my Camry and Sienna. The cabin air is as good as any other aftermarket brand you'll find and a heck of a lot cheaper thru fleetfilter. My impression of the 26773 air filter is that it is slightly less dense than Toyota oem. But at a 1/3'd less costly than the dealer, I can change them twice as often and still be money ahead.

The NAPA/WIX filter is o.k. I use a micron air filter in my honda. Micron is a big oe supplier and I try to stay with OE parts. The price seems to be about the same for both brands.

The Wix cabin filter is a Micron (printed on the filter)as Wix sources from them. I have one in my Cadi and a couple more here, all say Micron on the filter panel.

The AC Delco is also a Mircron cabin filter but is priced more the the Wix locally.

The WIX/NAPA GOLD cabin filter (4882/24882) that I got for my car was not a solid product in my opinion.

The side were too flimsy and it buckled while trying to install it. Once I got it installed, it filtered fine.

The AC Delco/Delphi version of the filter has stronger sides and also some material on the sides to make it easier to install.

I also installed a WIX/NAPA GOLD air filter (9064/49064) and have absolutely no issues with that. An excellent filter for an excellent price.

The only way to know if your filters are working in your application is by UOA's of said vehicle. My UOA's for both my vehicles rated the dirt ingress was low so thats good enought for me.

I compared the Wix and the AC Delco side by side (had both in my hands) and found they were the very same filter mfg by MicronAir, the had the same number codes and the MicronAir name stenciled on them. Unfortunately the AC Delco version is currently in the car or I would take a photo for comparison.

Now it may be possible that not all are from MicronAir but the few I have seen for GM vehicles are.

My CTS uses;
Wix 24869
AC Delco CF133

I swapped out the WIX cabin filter from my Chevy this weekend.

The only marking on it was the WIX part number (24882). No company names were printed on it to say who actually made it. Turns out it had remained buckled when I installed it

The AC Delco CF125 I replaced it with is made by Delphi.

I run WIX AF's in my Volvo and my Honda because there are no Amsoil EAA's yet. I just include them in my weekly local order so the freight to me is essentially nothing and the cost is lower than local (Fram/no name). My UOA's seem to be good. If you are an Amsoil PC and have no EAA choice, WIX via Amsoil is a sweet deal when you are ordering stuff anyway.
