NACS Charging Standard Adoption

There's not a battery that can reliably handle that. Batteries already require power to be throttled due to heat. It's cool that the idea exists, but there's a reason why the charging ramp already sucks with a number of cars and the only ones that don't aren't that fast to charge at lower levels.

It definitely doesn't hurt to give the tech headroom as batteries improve though.
 
Imagine the power plant necessary to feed, oh, a few hundred chargers in a general location. 3.75MW x200 or 300 chargers, yikes.

Yeah, these charging voltage numbers are like US national debt. People simply don’t realize how huge these numbers actually are and what they represent in real life.
