The first and third deal with people arrested under American law or in a country under its comparable laws, not military prisoners, people under French law, or intelligence assets.

The second deals with people charged with a crime, not being held as prisoners in a war or as intelligence assets.

The final deals with people charged with some crime, not POWs - who are held for the duration - or intelligence assets.

I was wrong they are 737's they belong to the Air Force according to the FAA data base. They use the call sign "Janet"

The unmarked 707 has the required 2" tail number required per the FAR's. This unknown jet leaves Nellis AFB to carry employees to the No fly area you refer to as "Area 51". And if you know someone in the military they could neither confirm nor deny it has moved to another undisclosed location.
