My typical breakfast and lunch on the road working

My 75 year old sister eats bologna sandwiches morning and noon. Frozen pizza or tv dinner in the evening. I wish I had her BP and blood cholesterol. Her BP is 134/70 and all her cholesterol's are good. Her Doctor said "you don't eat bologna do you?" She was horrified. I lived on the road for 32 years till I retired. Plenty of fast food but sit down meals when possible. I love soup and salads.
My friends cardiologist said TV dinners are balanced meals. Not always the healthiest choice. But the regular traditional ones have just the right calories etc

How about almonds, apples, and hard boiled eggs, with almond milk or even OJ?
To each his own but anyone could lift a finger and wind up with something healthier than this.

This is processed junk food. This is not health building food, it's health destroying food.

If I have junky food around I will eat it so I try to stay away.
When I’m road-tripping I will bring healthier stuff and 95% of the time that’s what I’ll eat.
For the road…
black coffee
iced tea with a touch of lemonade.
carrot sticks
cucumber slices
cherry tomatoes
boiled eggs
sliced leftover steak
simple one-handed sandwiches, usually bread and meat. No @#$&* mayo!

for emergency cravings:
belvita breakfast biscuits
Beef jerky single packs

For fast food it’s gonna be Del Taco bean n cheese burrito with green salsa.
