I have new high torque m18 impact gin from the red tool brand.
There wasn't a single bolt that it could not rip out one way or another. It finally met its match.
Very rusty 2014 ford flex rear subframe/lower control arm 21mm bolt.
I put some ugga duggas on it and it rained a torrent of rust from the rear subframe and no bolt movement. Heat didn't do any good either.
I soaked it in some liquid wrench stuff and I will spray it again in a couple of weeks. Maybe it will loosen up.

Electric impacts are great - but if you really need it out - I would go with something like this my Ingersoll Rand Ti 1/2” impact.

Just be aware that the extra power of that impact can lead to broken fasteners.

Thanks guys I think I should have 21 heavy socket in my arsenal any way well 21 and 24 because those are all the big rusty bolts in the flex.

When my Makita battery impact has trouble, I break out the heavy 1/2" breaker bar with a 8' black iron pipe "extension". Has never met a rusted bolt it can't defeat 😁.

I learned early on not to do that unless I have replacement parts for everything involved. If I break that bolt off in the rear subrame I will have a VERY bad time.
