98 Buick LeSabre ordered 2 front ac Delco silver ball joints few days ago it arrived today. Opening box,one trico 17 inch blade in box, also put on my order paper they included. I did not order that. And I use 22 inch.tbet put 1 oackaged wiper in.i have no idea if i was charged for it.
The boxes of ac Delco made in China, silvers, ball joints, were factory sealed. Came with cotter pin, grease fitting, both but both did not. Have the 3 bolts n nuts.
Should I return it? Planning to mechanic next week...balljoints look fine, but eBay the company has pictured bolts, nuts ..getting them ,not included, and the wiper blade ...it seems Very sketchy

wow what a joke.. return the whole thing, but some will say it's no big deal.. ya I really enjoy buying something and it showing up completely different than what is shown on the ebay page. (sarcasm here) lol..You can do what you want, I'd return the whole thing and buy from a reputable seller! sketchy indeed!

thinking a little more after I posted the above ^^^ how difficult is it to just send you what you ordered? I would just tell the seller that they didn't send what they showed on their page and you want a full refund including the shipping.. but that's how I would handle it. :)

EDIT: Forget what I said.. @D60 is 100% right.. Just return it via Ebay's return process, let them deal with this scam seller

Don't try messaging the seller, they'll ignore you to run out the clock. Start the return process via the buttons on ebay. That starts the clock and ebay will eventually force a refund if nothing else.

The parts are quite possibly fakes, esp if they're sealed but missing common components.

Are people faking AC Delco ball joints? Almost surely if they think it'll make them an extra buck.

And anyone can buy a heat sealer, so if you're just seeing sealed plastic bags, that means nothing.

Even a better point!! Don't even contact the seller, 100% correct. (y)

I forgot how the seller would run the clock out, luckily I've been buying stuff from non-sketchy sellers and haven't had that issue. Yup stop talking the seller and let ebay deal with it. Period.

I have experience with not receiving item or wrong item sent ,contact ebay on there home page look up contact for ebay and give them the description of what happened, contact seller,if seller does nothing in 3 days Ebay will contact seller and if they cannot resolve issue in 7 days Ebay will refund your paypal account.I have had good luck with Ebay refunding my money.

I'm trying to get to the root of your beef. Seller name? How many negatives?
