Gave the new-to-me BMW a proper hand wash today and took a few pics. Haven't had a chance to give the engine bay a good cleaning yet. It's a bit dusty, and was hot when I took the pics, so I didn't spray any of the dust off. I'll do that later when the engine is cold and I have a spare minute.

Did my first DIY repair on the BMW today. Replaced the factory windshield cowl. The rubber part that contacts the windshield was so dry and brittle it would crumble with the slightest pressure. New one went on without a fuss and looks good.

Since I bought it, projects have been:
Windshield replaced by Safelite
Bubbled rear window tint replaced by local tint shop
Windshield cowl replaced by me.
