I've currently been running Redline High Temp ATF in my Tremec 5-speed (2002 Camaro V6) with great success. The thicker formulation (maybe 10cst?) seems to keep all the gear noise down that regular valvoline dexron III couldn't quiet.
I don't want to change my fluid out, but it needs to be drained supposedly when I change my now worn-out stock clutch. Is the Specialty Formulations MTFGlide just as good or better than the Redline I was using? Molecule?
