So, I'm running out of DTD's unsustainable rebate deals and had to buy a pair at "retail". Got these off a large web-based auction site.
Although MRF is touted as an Indian company, my size was made in China. Put around 800 miles on them so far.
They're a perfectly boring tire. Balanced well, have good grip in the rain, are quiet. Tread pattern is "normal" and not "freaky." No complaints.
Treadwear rating is 360, which is low-ish. Supposedly have a 50k treadlife. I got the 185/65r15s for my prius.
So there you have it! A cheap tire on a cheap car with a miserly, not-too-picky owner.
If these are done before the car rusts out, I'll post a followup.
