Mounting Starlink to Service Entrance weatherhead pole

That's how you see it, but not how an inspector will see it.

Now please stow that no. 2 pencil properly.

So when I got my generator and solar, the inspector failed me for not bonding this water pipe. Went back and forth with him and showed him the bare pipe on the other side of the wall, ended up adding a clamp to the pipe and running it to the Intersystem Bonding Termination doo-dad and got passed

The pipe is PEX.

CenterPoint might be the only one who cares.....

If they come through after a storm checking service drops they might disconnect you.

That means they actually will come and inspect the infrastructure

I think I'm safe...

They inspect after storms....before they restore power to a neighborhood.
They specifically look for downed Service Entry cables and /or damaged weather heads.

They 100% did not inspect anything in our area

My neighbors utility pole completely snapped off, and Centerpoint Re-energized with it still on the ground (Insulated 120v service line, but still uninspected!)

It sat like that for 2 weeks before a contractor came and replaced the pole. The HV line was never inspected end to end, and no one inspected anything on my property

We were 6 days 6 hours and 37 mins without power, and I've not had a CenterPoint person on my property to date

This is a really bad idea. Lightning will ride in on those wires. Are there any pipes on the roof that are only plumbing vents?

If lightning comes in on the service entrance, you think my biggest worries are a $299 Starlink dish? its worth noting that the dish is not connected electrically in any way to the pole

If lightning comes down there, everything in my house is probably toast

I bolted my 2' directv dish to the *side* of my garage. Protected from wind, and somewhat from snow. Makes it easy to run a ground rod, also.
