Motorcycle coolant?

i filled up the rad fluid and idled the bike for 2 mins to expel air bubbles, let it cool for an hour then installed the rad cap, but now I'm just wondering, between the top rad cap and the reserve tank underneath the bike, the tube is filled with air, will that air cause a problem? How does that reserve tank tube get rid of the air?

If the reserve tank is full of coolant the expansion and contraction of the radiator coolant will,
over time, purge the air into the reserve tank, drawing coolant back into the radiator.
the level of coolant in the reserve tank will drop and you will add more coolant.
