They do for some parts. Basically a lot of your collision parts have "dynamic pricing" where we have to pay to subscribe to a service that gives us the current list price for them. But your regular maintenance parts have a normal MSRP. That being said a dealership is free to set a matrix price to fit the area they are in.
The additive pack looks very similar to ST Full Synth HM. The only real difference I see is Potassium (ST has 3ppm, MC zero) and TBN is .5 higher on the ST.
