Here is a Motorcraft fl820s from a friends roushcharged 11-14 F150 5.0. It had 9000 kms on it. Not my favourite filter to use with all the issues motorcraft has But this one held up it seems. No tears and no slices in the adbv. He was running 5w50 motorcraft oil and we will have a UOA coming up once it’s done.

Oh my... my apologies this is obviously an fl500s filter... I mistyped as I was talking to someone recently about using an 820s instead of the 500s in a coyote application and I obviously didn't have enough coffee when making the post which I can not edit. My bad.
Looks good. I have never cut open any of the many FL820S I have changed on my 2004 Expedition XLT 5.4 over the years.
It has about 273,000 miles and so far no engine problems other than one spark plug replaced.......just one. Knock on Wood.
Oil and filter changed every 5,000 miles and 70% highway miles.
