Motorcraft is awesome...I used it for years in my 99 [4.6] Grand Marquis in jungle heat and nightmare traffic...I put over 200K miles on it till a hurricane totaled it out on me...I did 5K mile oci's.

My Ford Focus holds 4.5 quarts with filter.

I think I'll use 2.5 quarts of MC Blend (5w20)....and add 2 quarts of Valvoline MaxLife SYN....that should make it about a 50/50 mix.
